A LOOK AT THE MARKET
Between higher interest rates and typical seasonal slowing, single-family home sales in the city of Boulder decreased by 10.5% compared to 2022 despite remaining steady month-over-month.

However, with less demand, the median price came in at $1,262,500, just below the August price of $1,285,700. Still, home prices are up by 4.8% year-over-year which is good news for sellers. As for Boulder County as a whole, the median single-family home price increased from $797,000 in August to $829,000 last month. That’s also 3.6% higher than in September of 2022 despite an 8.8% increase in new inventory and a 26.5% decrease in sales year-over-year. |
