A LOOK AT THE MARKET
In Boulder, just 121 single-family homes came on the market in July after two months of increases. Average prices dipped again from $1,673,139 in June to $1,513,705 last month. Still, the year-to-date average is up 11.4% compared to 2021 showing healthy equity gains.
Across Boulder County, the average decreased to $1,006,954 for single-family homes and listings are going for 99.6% of their asking price. Again, county numbers show that average home prices stand at $1,126,402 year-to-date which is 10% higher compared to the same stretch of time in 2021.
And in Longmont, single-family home prices were down month-over-month, now at $710,355. However, townhouse/condo prices were up 6.4% compared to June.
